I’m doing the diet for my baby son with eczema and severe itchy rashes. I can’t tell you how awful it was ­ I never took photos when he was at his worst. We’re doing it with an excellent dietitian (on our list for Kempsey).  Challenges have so far shown that salicylates and glutamates are a problem.
