2 kg lamb mince
1.5 cups of cooked swede
3 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tbsp sea salt
2 shallots chopped fine
1/2 cup rice flour
Allow swede to cool. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Make up as per the Failsafe Cookbook - Megan
